APPEARANCE:
A tall and lean/sinewy individual with gold-coated nails and teeth. Most of his face is consistently shielded by one of those Zoro masks, lower black eyeshadow, and by his large cowboy hat- what stands out the most is Ruddy’s greying 5’oclock shadow, a single glowing red eye, and the traces of scars up over his cheeks that disappear into the shadow of his hat.
